A man leaves home as a young adult ...

but can become quickly overwhelmed by pressures from study, work, marriage, girlfriends, finances, etc.

He flies blind, unable to negotiate the tides of life ...

the ache and void in his heart is not easily articulated – he often finds himself dreading when and how the next mistake will be made… so he turns to masks and addictions to survive. There is often no sage, nor father, no guide. Or so it seems …

The truth is Father God has been trying to get our attention for some time now ...

… but we have never had eyes to see it, or recognise it!

The Ellel Sydney Band of Brothers will dive-in deep sharing their struggle to be vulnerable and real; discussing their wounds; asking hard questions about the masculine journey; rites of passage; and what it means to be fathered by God. Join us in an online conversation as the men associated with Ellel Ministries bare their souls.

This webinar will discuss what the masculine journey is meant to look like and what it means to become a Whole-Hearted Man!

About Paul Ryan

Paul is the Centre Director of Ellel Ministries Sydney, Australia. Ellel Ministries is an international non-denominational ministry committed to evangelism, healing, deliverance, discipleship and training.

Before joining Ellel Ministries, Paul spent 12 years as a registered valuer. He planted a church, where he was senior pastor for 8 years as he combined part-time theological studies with leading and growing a congregation within a mainstream denomination. The pastoral struggles on the front-line eventually led Paul to discover Ellel and a growing relationship with this work developed.

After spending 2 years training in the UK at Ellel Ministries' international headquarters, the Ryan family returned to Australia in 2002 to help establish Ellel Sydney. Paul became the Centre Director in 2008.

His passionate desire is to see believers have their character blockages removed so they can discover their true identity in Christ and thus pursue their God-given destiny. Paul's challenging yet humorous teaching style comes with vulnerability and honesty, powerfully conveying biblically based kingdom truths. Paul is a keen fisherman and outdoors person. He is married to Joanne, who assists in leadership at Ellel Sydney. They have 6 children and four grandchildren.
